Haute Curls is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

You must call first 919-373-5995 to schedule your appointment or book online.  A consultation is required for all first time appointments.  

A valid debit or credit card is required at the time your consultation appointment is made.  Your card will be charged $15.  This amount is credited toward your first service received in the salon.  The amount is good for 3 months from the time of the consultation appointment.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call.  It may be necessary for you to reschedule your appointment.

 

Please remove all twist, braids, or extensions before your appointment.  A fee of $15 will be added to your service for the take down and removal of previous styles.

 

New Appointments

 

For certain services and new appointments, we reserve the right to require a deposit to confirm the appointment.

Clients must follow our Cancellation Policy to cancel/ reschedule or any associated fees will be deducted from any deposits paid. Deposits are non- refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Haute Curls requires a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in the FULL charge of the appointment/s booked.

 

Our stylists will follow a similar policy to ensure that you are shown the same respect in your scheduling.

 

Any guests with same-day cancellations made by a stylist for your appointments without 24 hour notice will be presented with a gift card to be used at your next appointment. This gift card is redeemable for hair services only.

 

ALCOHOL POLICY

 

We offer complimentary wine to our clientele to enjoy during their services. Please ensure you have documentation to prove you are aged 21, or over. It is against our policy to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. No Exceptions!

 

GUESTS

 

Due to limited space and for the comfort of all clients, guests/ children are not allowed to be present during clients’ appointment time.
